In this video, I’m showing you guys my grocery haul! I eat a whole foods, plant-based diet. My diet is based on starches, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. It is a vegan diet that is naturally high in carbohydrates and low in fat. I incorporate some lightly processed foods on occasion 🙂 But day in and day out – these are the foods that I am eating! I went out to my favorite market in Melbourne, Australia for this healthy grocery haul! Unfortunately someone stole a lot of my groceries LOL so I had to head down to Woolworth’s to get some other stuff too 🙂 However, I made up for it!
